ICN has completed the sale of FiftyTwo

3 July 2026

ICN has completed the sale of FiftyTwo, a prime office building on Route d'Esch in Luxembourg's Central Business District, to private investors.

Strategically positioned at the crossroads of the CBD and the southern city, FiftyTwo sits in one of Luxembourg's most dynamic business hubs - with a major motorway junction just two blocks away and both Luxembourg Station and the City Centre within walking distance.

The recently refurbished 3,500 m² multi-tenant building offers open-plan offices, parking, and state-of-the-art amenities - purpose-built for collaboration and innovation. Its 95%+ occupancy rate speaks for itself.

Following its full refurbishment, FiftyTwo was awarded BREEAM In-Use 'Excellent' certification in 2026 - a testament to ICN's commitment to sustainable, future-ready assets.

Nik Coenegrachts, CEO, commented:

"This transaction illustrates the strength of ICN's commitment and expertise in developing real estate assets that create lasting value. Special thanks to our teams and partners for their sustained efforts and sound advice. Their dedication reflects the entrepreneurial spirit that drives ICN and strengthens our ambition to be a long-term, high-performing player in the European real estate landscape."
